Introduction to the modern business communication

Modules

  1. Introduction The participants will acquire the basic business communications topics and terminology.
    The participants will discuss the effective personal and intercultural communication.
    The participants will acquire knowledge and understanding of the effective communication of the personal life and the different organizations.
  2. How do we organize the corporate integrated communication? In this module, the participants will learn how to use the effective, conscious communication in the business life. The participants will discuss the difference between the one-way and two-way communications and the “4 P” (product – price – place – promotion) versus “4 C” (customer value – cost – convenience – communication) principles. The participants will acquire knowledge and understanding of the corporate integrated communication.
  3. Reputation management In this module, the participants will learn about the personal and the company’s reputation. The participants will discuss the way, how to improve trust and confidence.The participants will acquire knowledge and understanding of the necessary steps to the confidence.
  4. The methods of the reputation management In this module the participants will learn about the goodwill. The participants will discuss about the methods and tools of the reputation management. The participants will acquire knowledge and understanding of the influence on reputation.

Corporate Culture, Corporate Identity, Corporate Image

Modules

Corporate Culture
This module will focus on the Corporate Culture. The participants will discuss the topic: who reports to whom, and the scheme of an average organization. The participants also will discuss the connection among the different departments of the company.
The participants will understand different (horizontal and vertical) models of the company’s communications. The participants will acquire knowledge of the pyramid – and the flatted pyramid theory.

Employee Relations
This module will focus on Corporate Citizenship and Corporate Behavior. The participants will discuss the methods of the company’s Internal Communications. The task for the participants will be to discuss and decide which would be the right expression of an Employee, worker, co-worker, contributor and joint-laborer, yoke-fellow? Who would be the best owner and the good employee?
The participants will acquire knowledge and understanding of the Employee Relations.

Corporate Identity
This module will focus on the Corporate Identity. The participants will discuss the corporate philosophy, the mission statement and the identification and distinction of different companies. The participants will acquire knowledge of all measurements of the companies.

Corporate Image
This module will focus on the corporate images. The participants will discuss the question of how the visual and non-visual image is connected to each other? (The conscious image, the self image, the mirror image etc.) The participants will acquire knowledge of how should build up corporate image?


Business Communication Planning

Modules

Business Communications Tools 
This module will present and demonstrate the personal-, the group-, the mass-, the visual-, the audio-, and the audiovisual tools of the business communication.
The participants will discuss the effectiveness of the tools.
The participants will acquire knowledge and understanding the generally used tools and methods of the Corporate Business Communication.

Business Communication Planning
This module will focus on the planning of the effective business communication. The participants will acquire the “5W” principles of the communication planning.
The participants will discuss the methods of the communication planning (e.g. Zero Base Planning System). The participants will discuss the selection of the communication tools, as well.
The participants will acquire knowledge and understanding of the process of the business communication planning.

 


Presentation Techniques

Modules

Modern Business Communication Presentation Tools
This module will present and demonstrate the modern tools of the business communication, the power points presentations, the usage of the Internet in the business communication (e.g. e-pr, web-pr, net-pr, on-line-pr.)
The participants will discuss the effectiveness of the tools as the B2B, e-business, and e-commerce.
The participants will acquire knowledge and understanding of the generally used tools and methods of the modern electronic business communication.

The Internet as a tool of the business communication
This workshop will focus on the usage of the Internet in the effective business communication, the strategy and the social media eg. Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Linkedin, etc.)
This workshop will introduce participants to a number of Web sites. The participants will acquire the Internet as an agent of change.
The participants will discuss the content of a good web site, home page and portal. The participant will discuss the difference between the “static” and the “dynamic” web sites.
The participants will acquire knowledge and understanding of how to build up the content of different web sites.
